Description:
It is a dwarf variety of Cripps Pink Pinkabelle, spur-bearing, and requires cross-pollination with Leprechaun, Gala, Delicious, Fuji, or Crab Apples. It reaches a height of 2 meters and thrives in full sun.

Harvest:
April to May
Harvest dates:
15th May 2019: 14 apples with a total weight of 2.250 kilos.
3rd May 2020: 16 apples with a total weight of 1.625 kilos.
12th April 2021: 69 apples with a total weight of 8.640 kilos.
Pruning:
The Pinkabelle has been espaliered (2.4 meters wide and 1.8 meters high). Pruning is done in winter and some in summer (February). Apples are thinned in January or February; they were heavily thinned in the first two years.
Fertilise:
In early spring with a organic fruit tree fertiliser. (Richgro Organics Fruit And Citrus Plant Food) and seasol
Notes:
I found that the apples kept well for about two and a half months in the bottom drawer of the fridge.
