First Harvest - 21 December 2020 to January 2021- Berries are a good size, sweet with only a hint of tart. Quantity picked so far - 1.950 kilograms.
Pruning
Fruit is produced on previous years' canes. When new canes grow, tie them to a trellis or wire. After fruiting, cut out old canes at ground level, leaving only the new canes tied to the trellis.
Fertilise
At bloom time (early spring) and after harvest (Autumn).
Notes
21 December 2020 - Noticed lots of ants all over the leaves and berries; did not see any aphids on the plant. The ants made picking the berries a little difficult.
29 December 2020 - Some ripe berries were ruined by heavy rain. In the future, will remember to pick all ripe berries before the rain.
