Grapes
- All the grape vines grown at Bushcroft Kitchen Garden are table grapes.
- Training of the vine on to the potting shed (image above) - In spring one new growth rod was selected for the main stem and all others were removed. During the summer side shoots were pruned regularly until the desired height was reached, then the side shoots were trained onto support wires. When the side shoots had reached the desired length of the support wires they were pruned.
